SoundRwanda.store provides sound equipment for sale and rent across Rwanda. The website is owned and operated by [Your Company Name or "SoundRwanda"].
2. Eligibility
To use this website, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed online, via WhatsApp, or by phone.
We accept payment via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery.
All payments must be completed before delivery or dispatch.
4. Rentals
Rental equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition it was received.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
5. Delivery
We offer 1-hour delivery in Kigali for select products.
Nationwide delivery is available and may take longer based on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement if not yet dispatched.
Refunds are only provided for defective products or cancellations made within the allowed time.
Custom or used items are not eligible for refund unless proven defective.
7. Warranty & Liability
New products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
SoundRwanda.store is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from product misuse or failure.
8. Privacy Policy
All customer data is stored securely and used only for order processing, support, and marketing with your consent. We never sell or share your personal information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, text, product images) belongs to SoundRwanda.store and cannot be copied, reused, or modified without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be settled in Rwandan courts.
