At SoundRwanda.store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we maintain the following refund policy:

✅ Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only available within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your product.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

• You must present proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

❌ No Refund Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged by the customer or shows signs of misuse.

• If the refund request is made after 1 day of delivery.

• No refunds are given for rented equipment under any circumstance once delivered or picked up.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was canceled before dispatch.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will exchange it at no additional cost within 1 day.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
